Happy springtime to all from our Heartland House team! The House is hopping with activity. Here’s what we’re up to:

Raising the Roof

Rain or shine, we’re meeting our mission!

After a winter of heavy storms, we’re replacing the roof of our main building. The new roof is a change, from the previous flat design to a pitched configuration that ensures better drainage and durability for years to come. Investing in our infrastructure means we can stay focused on what matters most: serving the men in our community.

Powering Up

Expanding our impact starts with a safe and reliable facility. We are currently (no pun intended) working on a major electrical upgrade of our electrical panel, from 200 up to 400 amps. This increase in capacity, which will take several months to complete, is essential to ensuring sufficient power to meet growing needs of our programs.

Thank you for helping us keep the lights on and the mission fulfilled! Interested in continuing support for this project?

Making Room for More Men

We are thrilled to announce that we have completed refurbishing two new Sober Living apartments that provide a warm, dignified environment for clients who are transitioning into society as sober, productive men.

A huge thank you goes out to the generous donors who provided the funds for furniture and household essentials. You didn’t just provide a bed; you provided a fresh start.

Want to help us furnish future spaces? Consider a donation today: https://heartlandhouse.org/get-involved/support-the-house/donate
